Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, we are happy to reschedule your course to an alternative day that suits you better. Please note that refunds will not be provided, except in exceptional circumstances. You can reschedule your booking up to 5 days before the start of the course. To reschedule please contact us on info@vbleadership.co.uk and your preferred new date. Please note. Maximum participants per course is 12 people. If you wish to book an course specifically for participants in your organisation please contact us directly. If you have any questions or require assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us. Terms and Conditions: Rescheduling requests must be made no later than 5 days before the course start date.
